3-Step Guide to Effective Exfoliation

Step 1: Prep Your Skin

  • Warm up with a 5-minute shower or steam. Skip soaps or lotions for better friction.

Step 2: Ready the Glove

  • Wet the glove, then wring it out so it's just damp.

Step 3: Exfoliate

  • Step out of the water and scrub your skin in up and down strokes until you see dead skin peel off. Be gentle on sensitive areas.

Aftercare:

  • Rinse and dry your body and glove. Use the glove 1-2 times a week and replace every 8-12 weeks.
